Many other retained firms require full payment before completing the search process. At CLGS, we earn our compensation according to performance benchmarks, not just the passage of time. Here's how our results-based fee structure is decidedly different.

The first third of our total fee is due upon signing a contract for our services. We then launch into the time-intensive process of defining the position, strategizing the search, identifying candidates and evaluating their qualities. This crucial phase provides a solid foundation for landing a successful hire.

Although we work

just as quickly as our competitors, we don't tie our payments to arbitrary time windows. Instead, we invoice for the second third only after we've identified qualified candidates and you have interviewed three of them.

Finally, we earn and invoice the final third of our fee after the search has been successfully completed and a candidate has been hired. We work for our money. It's that simple.
